Bristol became a PT to provide the guidance she wished she had when starting her fitness journey. She loves helping women build confidence and strength, both physically and mentally, and finds joy in inspiring others to unlock their full potential. 

Her advice for beginners? Focus on small, consistent habits – eat well, move your body, and trust the process. Fitness is a journey, and the little wins add up over time. Be patient and celebrate your progress! 

Bristol’s training style is all about encouragement and personalisation. She pushes clients to step out of their comfort zones while building strength and confidence. As a coach, she’s your biggest cheerleader, celebrating every success and supporting you every step of the way. 

When not at the gym, you can find Bristol enjoying a coastal walk with a coffee then taking a dip at the beach.
