Bec got into fitness through her own journey toward better health and wellbeing. As she started prioritising movement, she saw how it could transform not just her physical health but her mindset too. That experience inspired Bec to become a PT, especially for those who feel like fitness isn’t for them. She loves helping clients reach goals they didn’t think were possible and feel proud of what their bodies can do. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Bec’s advice is to start small and stay consistent. Don’t try to overhaul everything at once – just find movement you enjoy and build habits that suit your life. Focus on your own journey, celebrate the small wins, and don’t worry about what anyone else is doing. 

Bec’s training style is supportive, tailored, and encouraging. She’s all about making fitness feel welcoming and achievable for everyone. 

Outside the gym, Bec loves spending time with her kids and grandkids, getting outdoors, and diving into home reno projects.

What’s your hidden talent? 

I’m a qualified pastry chef and love creating beautiful wedding and birthday cakes! It’s a creative outlet I still enjoy. 

What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years?

My dog because she is spoiled and very cute!
