Mak got into fitness to feel healthier, build confidence, and relieve stress – and quickly found a passion for it. That passion, combined with her love for helping others, inspired her to become a personal trainer. For Mak, there’s nothing better than watching her clients progress and knowing she’s played a part in their journey.
To those starting their fitness journey, Mak’s advice is to start small, set realistic goals, and focus on consistency. Find movement you enjoy, seek support, and celebrate your wins – progress over perfection every time!
Mak’s training style is all about personalisation. She gets to know each client’s goals and fitness level, tailoring sessions that blend strength training, cardio, and hypertrophy to keep things both effective and enjoyable.
When not at the gym, Mak enjoys morning walks, playing footy, and making time for recovery – whether that’s an ice bath or a beach day to recharge.

I very much have a love-hate relationship with hip thrusts!
What’s your favourite meal?
I’d have to say a wrap is my favourite, since I can customise it with my own ingredients and choose whatever sides I want.
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
I’d love to be a sea animal, such as a dolphin or a turtle, because I love the beach!
