“There’s no better time than now!” 

Portia grew up in a sporty family and always had a love for health and fitness. That passion, combined with her desire to help others, naturally led her into personal training. Portia loves working one-on-one with people who are keen to improve, and finds it incredibly rewarding to support them in reaching their goals. 

To those beginning their fitness journey, Portia’s advice is simple: just start! There’s no better time than now. Focus on consistency, build a sustainable routine, and before you know it, it’ll feel like second nature. 

Portia’s training style is honest, adaptable, and client-focused. While she tailors her approach to suit individual needs and personalities, she’s all about intensity, working hard, and keeping things fun. 

Outside the gym, Portia loves trips to Yo-Chi or Sushi train, catching up with family in the Riverland, colouring, and getting creative with content on her fitness Instagram.
