Sean has grown up playing sports since a young age, and at age 15 got into weight training and martial arts. Becoming a trainer was a natural next step for Sean, as he wanted to share his love for training with others. As a trainer, Sean most enjoys being able to meet people from all walks of life, helping his clients reach their potential, and being a part of a positive community.
For those ready to get started with fitness, Sean recommends reaching out to a trainer to ease gym anxiety and show you how to get comfortable in the gym.
Sean uses a variety of training techniques to deliver results for his clients. He also loves to incorporate martial arts and strength training when suited to his clients’ needs.
When he’s not busy in the gym, you can find Sean at the beach, which most of his hobbies revolve around.
