Ashley was never fond of fitness growing up, but after tiring of being overweight, he started his fitness journey and lost over 70 kilos. Seeing his closest friends and family adopt similar healthy habits and mindsets was a huge inspiration for Ashley, and he now enjoys empowering others to achieve their goals.
“Don’t think, just act” is Ashley’s word of advice when it comes to kickstarting a fitness journey. You are what you choose to become.
Ashley tailors his training style to the individual goals of his clients and wants to make sure they have fun while still putting in enough effort to feel accomplished after each session.
Outside of the gym, you will find Ashley reading philosophy, watching MMA and boxing, or going for a run.
