From a young age, Tegan grew up doing dancing and gymnastics. She always knew fitness would be a big part of her life as it helped her through her own mental health struggles. Tegan now wants to help others going through their own journeys to help them both physically and mentally. She loves how rewarding it is knowing you’ve changed someone’s lifestyle or helped them reach a new goal.
For those kickstarting their own fitness journeys, Tegan recommends doing it for yourself and not comparing your journey to anyone else’s. You won’t know what you’re capable of until you start!
Tegan’s style of training includes a combination of strength and hypertrophy training with functional mobility/flexibility.
When she’s not in the gym, you’ll find Tegan doing yoga, as she loves a good stretch and taking care of her body.
