Ashlee, like so many other females first joined the gym to lose weight. Without guidance she fell into a cycle of overtraining and restriction yet never felt she saw the progress that she felt she worked so hard for. It wasn’t until Ashlee experienced firsthand the positive impact an inspiring coach which showed her a healthier, more sustainable way – and actually got results! Ashlee wanted to be that person for others. She now thrives helping females become an improved versions of themselves both physically and mentally.

For those new to fitness, Ashlee recommends taking that first step even if it’s a little scary. A year from now you’ll wish you’d started today.

Ashlee’s coaching style focuses on getting strong and moving how it feels good for you. Her goal is to make finding movement and becoming a better you lifelong lifestyle habit, no quick fixes here.
