Lucinda has enjoyed playing team sports since a young age and began training to help her improve across all her relevant sports. Becoming a trainer was a natural progression for Lucinda, and she now enjoys being able to help her clients achieve their goals and improve their performance.
For those beginning their own fitness journey, Lucinda recommends working with someone at the start. In doing so, you gain foundational knowledge and skills to build on which makes your journey easier in the long run.
Lucinda focuses on helping athletes improve strength, power production and recovery with targeted programs. She also likes to work on speed and agility training, as well as muscle mass gain.
Outside of the gym, Lucinda is a super active person, enjoying soccer, swimming and water sports in her downtime.
