Bella personally got into fitness with the goal to feel her best every single day. As a Registered Nurse, a Personal Trainer, and a bikini competitor, Bella is a strong enthusiast for becoming the best version of yourself. Bella enjoys being able to work with her clients to significantly improve their health, fitness and overall well-being. She finds that the most rewarding part of being a PT is seeing her clients achieve their goals and transform their lives.

 

To anyone beginning their own fitness journey, Bella says not to wait around until the ‘perfect time’ and to just get started. She recommends when beginning to work under the guidance of a coach so their knowledge will guide you towards an untapped version of yourself and redefine what is possible in your fitness journey.

 

Bella ensures every client has a program tailored for their specific needs, but loves to focus on lifestyle, transformation, and physique style training.

 

When not at the gym, you’ll find Bella spending time with loved ones, going on adventures, and enjoying a good coffee!
