Sport and fitness have always played a big role in Riley’s life, and it seemed that a lot of his friends came to him to help them get fit too. After helping lots of his friends get on track, Riley realised that he had a knack at assisting people get fit, and decided to pursue his hobby as a career.

 

The advice that Riley gives to people who are just beginning their fitness journey is to just stick to it. To keep at it, Riley recommends starting with baby steps, setting goals, and seeking help if you’re struggling.

 

Riley’s training style is centred around ensuring his clients are getting fit, strong, and learning as much about fitness and he can possibly teach them during the process.

 

Outside of the gym, Riley loves shooting hoops, watching sport, and going out for a café breakfast.

Silver Back Gorilla. because I could easily deadlift 1000kgs.
