Fitness has always been a part of Sarah’s life growing up, and she found fitness her saving grace when experiencing life changes. Her own fitness journey has completely transformed all aspects of her life, and when I realised I had the potential to help others do the same, becoming a personal trainer was an easy decision.
For those hoping to kick start their fitness journeys, Sarah says progress comes in so many different forms, and there is no limit to what you can accomplish. Start simple and small, and set realistic, achievable goals.
Sarah likes to dabble in a few different styles of training, using a combination of resistance-based strength training and metabolic conditioning. The end goal for her clients is to create a body that is strong and capable of so much more than they thought was possible.
When Sarah isn’t busy training her clients, she enjoys going out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, spending countless hours at the beach and walking her friends’ dogs.
