Caitlin says she was born into a family where sport and fitness were a very big priority, so fitness has always been a huge part of her life. She was heavily involved in competitive dance and athletics, but now her love for the gym and strength training has taken its place. Caitlin loves helping educate, empower and guide women throughout their own fitness journeys and always finds helping others to be such a fulfilling experience.
For those ready to get started with fitness, Caitlin recommends being kind to yourself, finding a routine that works for you, and most importantly enjoying the process.
Caitlin uses strength training and hypotrophy training to deliver results for her clients.
When she’s not busy in the gym, Caitlin enjoys getting outside and going for hikes, as well as coastal coffee dates with the girls.
