Fitness has always been a part of Zoe’s life, however, it wasn’t until she first entered a gym at age 16 that she became hooked. Zoe taught herself new habits after experiencing a bad relationship between food and exercise and is now driven to help other women who are struggling with similar issues. As a trainer, she loves helping people become more confident at the gym and within themselves. Zoe is happiest when she sees her clients becoming stronger and healthier, both mentally and physically.
To those who want to start their fitness journey, Zoe reminds us that it’s normal to feel anxious when you first start learning something new, but the more you train and learn new exercises the more confident you become in yourself and at the gym.
Zoe’s training style varies depending on her client’s goals but is focused on strength training, fat loss, and muscle gain.
When she isn’t in the gym training clients, Zoe loves to keep busy by spending time with her family and friends, walking her two dogs, going shopping, or catching a movie.
