Jason has always been interested in fitness. From playing footy as a kid, to studying Physical Education high school and working at his local gym, it was with him every step of the way. It was a natural next step for Jason to make a career in fitness, fuelled by his passion for the industry. As a trainer, Jason loves being able to help his clients reach their goals.
To those who want to start their fitness journey, Jason reminds us how important it is to remember that consistency is the most important part of the journey if you are hoping to see results.
Jason’s training style varies depending on his clients’ goals, and chooses exercises and equipment that works for them and their preferences.
When he isn’t in the gym training clients, Jason loves to keep up with all thing’s fitness: AFL, UFC and Mixed Martial Arts in particular. He also enjoys spending some down time with family and friends.
