As a trainer, he finds it incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact he has on his client’s lives, both in terms of physical fitness and overall well-being.
For those looking to get started with fitness, Mitchell reminds us that asking for help is an underrated superpower. If you’re experiencing a problem you can’t solve, quite often, someone else knows the answer.
Mitchell is a big believer in the ‘no one size fits all’ approach and likes to alter his training style to ensure his clients enjoy their sessions.
When he can find the time, Mitchell loves playing a round of golf with friends.
