“Don’t be so hard on yourself!”
Scott spent his childhood riding his bike everywhere and playing loads of team sports, however, it wasn’t until he was a teenager that he took his love for keeping fit to the next level. He began weight training and became obsessed with self-improvement. Scott was inspired by helping others in the gym to become educated in health and fitness. What Scott most loves as a trainer is the opportunity to meet many people from all walks of life and help them achieve their goals.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Scott says to not be so hard on yourself. He preaches that some exercise is always better than no exercise, and you just need to do something, every day, and then you will succeed.
Scott’s training style is focused on his client’s needs and providing personalised, effective plans.
When not at the gym, you’ll find Scott smoking meat and playing a round of golf (terribly).
