Sarah has been passionate about women’s sports for as long as she can remember. From playing netball to ice hockey, and all the way through to softball in which she competed at a State Level, Sarah has a lot of sporting experience. Having suffered her fair share of injuries, she quickly found out that strength training was the catalyst to reducing the chance of re-injury. On top of these injuries, Sarah also has a back condition called spondylolisthesis, and through movement, has been able to control her pain. It was a natural next step for Sarah to become a trainer, and as someone who has been both a complete beginner in the gym and a long-time athlete, she was keen to share her knowledge and learning with as many women as possible. Her favourite part of the job is showing women how to create healthy habits which result in a clearer focus, improved self-worth and lower stress levels.

The biggest piece of advice that Sarah can offer is to start small and seek assistance. She recommends researching to find someone who will help you reach your goals, and work with you to achieve them.

Sarah truly believes that nobody is the same and that there is a very different path to success for everyone. Her coaching prioritises balance, education and proper guidance in order to allow you to live a life of enrichment. Strength training is where her passion lies, and she loves showing women how to grow stronger.

Outside of the gym, Sarah stays fit with a range of sports, enjoys content creation and graphic design, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
