“Don’t be afraid to ask for help!”
Having dabbled in almost every sport under the sun to keep active and challenge herself, fitness has always played a huge role in Rhi’s life. As a trainer, Rhi enjoys sharing her knowledge with clients and educating others on all things health and fitness. Her favourite part of being a trainer is helping others achieve their goals and, in turn, allowing them to realise just how much they are capable of.
For those new to fitness, Rhi reminds us that it’s okay to ask for help. She advises that it all starts with that first step, and from there on out, it’s not as scary as it seems. She also says it’s important to trust the process and be patient, as results take time and consistency.
Rhi tailors her training style to suit her clients’ needs and enjoys including a mixture of strength, hypertrophy and functional training.
Rhi’s hobbies outside of the gym include going for coastal walks and runs, hitting up the beach and getting creative in the kitchen.
