Marc is someone who has identified with sport and fitness his whole life. He believes that consistency and patience are the biggest virtues to focus on starting your own fitness journey.
Marc’s style of training is born from the field of gymnastics, injury prevention, powerlifting and endurance work. With his client’s goals in mind, he will tailor an approach to incorporate his training styles that will help them achieve their goals!
Not only does Marc build and transform bodies, but outside of the gym he enjoys building bikes and woodworking. And when he’s not training, you might find him riding his bike, gaming or whipping up a delicious home-cooked meal!
