Maddie was brought up surrounded by health and fitness, however, it wasn’t until she began competing in bodybuilding competitions that she realised the hugely positive effects that fitness had on both her physical and mental health. When beginning her health journey, Maddie worked closely with a trainer and found that it allowed her to grow in confidence and overcome gym anxiety. Becoming a trainer was a no-brainer for Maddie, as she also wanted to support other females to grow in confidence and become the best versions of themselves.

For those looking to get started in fitness, Maddie says “Just do it! Stop putting your life on hold and start putting yourself first”. She encourages starting by making simple and small changes to your daily routine.

Maddie likes to keep her training style simple. She believes in forgoing complicated workouts and keeping things straightforward yet effective.

When she’s not in the gym or going for long beach walks, Maddie is a social butterfly, heading out to events with her friends, going for a cocktail, or enjoying a night of karaoke.
