Lachy’s fitness journey started out at 18 just trying to lose weight and has since turned from a mission to a passion, sighting a huge boost in confidence and self-esteem, which he now enjoys helping other people to achieve. For those just starting out on their own fitness journeys, Lachy recommends pushing through the hard times to get to the end goal, which is so much more rewarding than wondering “what if”.
Lachy’s main focus is on strength and conditioning coaching for Muay Thai and MMA athletes, as well as those who are wanting to get more athletic, stronger, faster, and explosive.
He believes in improving body composition, cardio, strength, and movement efficiency to take those prerequisites into sport and overall performance.
Lachy enjoys Muay Thai, music, and walking his dog when he’s not busy in the gym.
