Jimmy has been keeping fit for as long as he can remember and notes that fitness is a lifestyle for him. Becoming a trainer was a natural extension of his personal interests into his career. As a trainer, Jimmy loves seeing his clients positively change through their fitness journey in order to achieve their goals and is continuously inspired by the people he meets from all walks of life.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Jimmy recommends setting short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals in place that are simple and achievable. In doing so, you are setting up points along your fitness journey that will act as a motivator and a point to stop and reflect on how far you’ve come.
Jimmy’s training style focuses on consistent effort for maximum results so that he can help his clients reach their goals.
Outside of the gym, Jimmy likes to work on his motorbikes and car, read a book and relax with some gaming.
