Jamie first started his fitness journey to prioritise his well-being, improve his physical and mental health, and challenge himself. On the way, Jamie discovered a new passion in fitness. He combined this with his love of helping out others and became a Personal Trainer so he could make a positive impact on other people’s lives. Jamie finds that seeing his clients progress and achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of his job.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Jamie reminds us that whilst starting out can be intimidating, with the right mindset and approach it can be a rewarding experience. Jamie encourages those just beginning to set clear and realistic goals, start small and gradually increase intensity, find activities you enjoy, listen to your body and give yourself rest days.
Jamie’s training style is always personalised to suit each client’s unique needs and goals. The training program would be determined by the individual’s fitness level and specific goals to customise the perfect plan.
When he’s not at the gym, you’ll find Jamie doing content creation and videography.
