“Don’t be afraid.”
As a teen, Courtney was working out at home with any weights available to her, and as soon as she was old enough, she joined a gym. Becoming a trainer was a natural career progression for Courtney, as she wanting to combine her passion of helping people with my love for the gym.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Courtney says to not be afraid. Whether that be afraid of doing weights, scared to ask for help, or anxious that you don’t know what you’re doing. By finding professional help, you can gain confidence in all areas of the gym.
Her training is individualised for the client, has lots of engagement and communication and typically focuses on weight training.
Outside of the gym, Courtney likes to keep fit with Muay Thai and Olympic weightlifting!
