Brayden began his fitness journey during high school and started with what many do when they are just beginning: a lot of push-ups and sit-ups. Brayden acknowledges it can be hard to know where to start or what to do, and so his goal as a trainer is to be able to provide answers to the multitude of questions people have when they are just starting out. Brayden aims to condense and simplify the most important information out there so that he can lead his clients to discover their strengths and potential.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Brayden believes that finding a trainer for some solid initial advice sets great foundational skills. He also recommends starting with small, attainable goals to ensure you don’t get overwhelmed.
Brayden’s training style focuses on solid form, setting a routine and developing enjoyment for the gym, all of which he believes are key to helping his clients reach their goals. He also notes that a bit of laughter during a session never goes astray.
When he’s not training clients, Brayden enjoys playing a round of social basketball, spending time with friends and picking up a guitar from time to time.
