Daniel Parrott

“There’s no time like the present to get started!” 

Daniel first got into fitness after being bullied for being super skinny – so he decided to take matters into his own hands. Weight training became his outlet and his game changer. What started as a personal transformation quickly turned into a passion and then a career. Training was what Daniel loved doing, so becoming a PT felt like a natural next step. What he loves most is that it doesn’t even feel like a job – he gets to help people discover the power of fitness and fall in love with it like he did.

To those starting their fitness journey, Daniel says there’s literally no time like the present to get started. 

Daniel’s training style is tailored to each client. Whether it’s muscle building, fat loss, functional training or rehab – he draws on different methods to help clients become the best version of themselves. 

Outside the gym, Daniel is either watching the Tigers, playing footy or cricket, hanging out with the boys or relaxing with a cold drink.
