“Everyone starts from somewhere!”
Craig first stepped into the fitness industry by taking a customer care role at a gym, hoping to overcome his own anxiety about training. From there he lost 33kgs and discovered just how transformative fitness could be, not just physically but in every aspect of life. That journey inspired him to become a PT so he could help others push past their struggles and live their best lives. Now, Craig’s favourite part of the job is seeing the happiness in his clients’ faces and body language as they grow in strength and confidence.
To those starting their fitness journey, Craig’s advice is to never compare yourself to others. Focus on your own progress and just begin, no matter how big or small.
Craig’s training style is all about teaching correct technique, building smart routines and pushing clients just enough to achieve results that last.
Outside the gym, Craig loves hitting the beach in summer, road trips out into nature and cooking with friends.
