Growing up, Roshan played various sports and learned Taekwondo, which gradually led him to start going to the gym. Just like many others, his love and passion for fitness inspired him to become a personal trainer. Roshan is eager to promote health and fitness and loves meeting people who are determined to change their lives and focus on their health and fitness.

 

For those who are just starting their fitness journey, Roshan’s best advice is to immerse yourself in health and fitness. He recommends reading books, watching documentaries, going to the gym regularly, following with health and fitness enthusiasts, and, most importantly, never giving up.

 

Roshan’s training style involves keeping track of progress through exercises, weight, reps, and body measurements. He schedules review sessions and seeks feedback from his clients, implementing changes if necessary. Believing that communication is key, Roshan maintains a healthy line of communication and regularly checks in with his clients.

 

Outside the gym, Roshan enjoys reading, practicing yoga and stretching, engaging in self-development and self-care activities, conducting DIY science experiments, and tending to bonsai trees and terrariums.
