Health and fitness have always been passions of Mick’s, as well as more recently the space of mental health, happiness, and well-being. Mick followed his passion and now loves how rewarding it is to help make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Mick’s favourite training style is a combination of strength, cardio, and HIIT. This style of training ensures his clients get results, have fun, and don’t get bored!
When he’s not busy training his clients in the gym, Mick loves anything outdoors and adventurous, including caravanning, surfing, meditating, traveling, and hitting the beach.
