Michael first headed into the gym during his uni days to help him feel better about himself and found being surrounded by awesome people in the gym very encouraging. He now loves helping his clients change to become stronger and better versions of themselves.
For those ready to kickstart their own fitness journeys, Michaels says “Learn, learn, learn!’. Absorb all of the information you can, as education is key.
Michael uses conventional weight training with an emphasis on lifting heavy for squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to help his clients reach their fitness goals.
Outside of the gym, Michael enjoys playing video games, listening to music, and trying out new restaurants.
