Matt’s fitness journey started from a young age playing sports, however it wasn’t until he injured himself and couldn’t play anymore that he started going to the gym. He found that training at the gym changed his life for the better. As a Personal Trainer, Matt loves being able to steer his clients in a positive direction and in turn change their lives for the better too.
For those wanting to make a start on their own health and fitness journeys Matt says to believe in yourself, be patient and be consistent. In doing these three things, Matt reminds us that the results will come naturally.
Matt trains his clients based on their goals and takes a holistic approach that incorporates goals and challenges outside of the gym. He enjoys focusing on weight loss, strength and hypertrophy training and creating positive habits in everyday lives all whilst maintaining a fun experience for his clients.
Outside the gym, Matt likes spending his spare time playing soccer, going for walks, hitting the beach and hanging out with his friends.
