“Just start!”

Kiara’s fitness journey began young, inspired by her dad who was a bodybuilder and her own dream to compete in bikini competitions. Struggling with anxiety and mental health in high school, she found confidence and purpose through training, boxing, and support from a PT. At 21, she achieved her goal and competed in ICN Season B 2023—and she’s just getting started. Now, she’s passionate about guiding others through their own journeys and steering them away from toxic fitness trends. 

To those just beginning their fitness journey, Kiara’s advice is simple: just start! No matter where you are, someone out there is inspired by you. Everyone begins somewhere. 

Kiara’s training style is a mix of tough love, encouragement, humour and support. She creates strong relationships with her clients, helping them smash goals while always feeling seen and supported. 

Outside the gym, Kiara is all about camping, 4WDing, dirt bikes, horse riding, beach days and quality time with loved ones.
