“Rome wasn’t built in a day!
Eden’s fitness journey began at 14 with group fitness classes and YouTube videos. Over time, her confidence grew, and she became brave enough to go to the gym by herself. Becoming a PT felt a natural next step for Eden, as nothing else brought her as much joy and consistency as the gym. Seeing her clients grow stronger, both physically and emotionally, is the most rewarding part of her job.
For those just starting their fitness journey, Eden’s advice is simple: be patient! Progress takes time, and no one is perfect. Stay consistent, trust the process, and the results will follow.
Eden’s training style focuses on weight and resistance training, plus circuit workouts tailored to each client’s goals. She creates a supportive, motivating environment where clients build strength, confidence, and lasting fitness habits.
Outside of the gym, Eden enjoys colouring, going for walks or having a cocktail night with the girls.
