Ashlee got into fitness after being inspired by an energetic instructor whose positivity left everyone feeling empowered. That spark led her to pursue a career where she could uplift others through fitness. As a PT herself, Ashlee loves helping people surpass their expectations and reach their goals. 

For beginners, she suggests starting slow, getting a PT for guidance, and finding a workout buddy to make it more enjoyable. 

Ashlee’s training style is personalised and goal-focused, whether for weight loss, strength, or injury management. She’s all about setting clear goals, staying motivated, and educating clients along the way. 

When not at the gym, you can find Ashlee kayaking or pole dancing (for fitness!).

I create floral arrangements and have won a few competitions at the Adelaide show for my work.
