Samantha grew up in a family heavily invested in sport and fitness and was a swimmer in both competitive and long distance before quitting her training due to too many injuries. A few years later she invested her time with a trainer to get her into the gym and back on track, and completely fell back in love with everything fitness.
It was training with a personal trainer that inspired Samantha to become one herself, loving the ability to help change people’s lives for the better.
For those new to the gym, Samantha suggests doing it for yourself, finding a gym buddy or getting in touch with a trainer to keep you motivated.
Samantha likes to focus on strength and hypertrophy training to help her clients achieve their overall goals.
Outside of the gym, you can find Samantha swimming, going for walks along the beach or chilling with her friends.
