“Consistency is key!”

Jack got into fitness at 17, initially wanting to lose weight. Once he hit his weight loss goal, he decided to focus on building muscle, joined a gym, and fell in love with the fitness journey. As a PT, Jack loves meeting people from all walks of life and being part of their journeys. 

To those looking to kickstart their fitness journey, Jack advises that it’s not about getting it right all the time. It’s all about continuing to work towards your goals – consistency is key! 

Jack’s training style is fun yet effective. He knows how to motivate his clients to push their limits while keeping the atmosphere enjoyable and engaging. 

Outside of the gym, you can find Jack snorkeling, going on adventures, listening to audiobooks/music, or watching combat sports.
