From a young age, Hudson knew he’d end up in the fitness industry. However, it wasn’t until recently that he discovered his true passion: helping others reach their fitness goals and enhance their quality of life. Seeing how fitness has transformed his own life and driven to share that feeling with others, Hudson was motivated to become a personal trainer. The joy of watching clients restore their mobility and posture, combined with building a supportive community, keeps Hudson motivated every day.
If you’re thinking about kickstarting your own fitness journey, Hudson advises to keep things simple and stay consistent. Embrace the process, celebrate small victories, and remember: your only limit is you!
Hudson’s training style is a dynamic mix of encouragement, challenge, and humour. He believes in pushing clients to reach their goals while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable, finding that sweet spot where hard work meets a good time.
Outside of the gym, Hudson enjoys spending time with friends or family, particularly outdoors. Whether it’s hiking a trail or enjoying a day at the beach, he loves connecting with loved ones in nature.
