“Go for it!”
Dave grew up playing all kinds of sports including Little Athletics, gymnastics, tennis, cricket and AFL football. Dave loves sharing his passion for fitness and enjoys passing on his knowledge to his clients to see them progress.
His advice for those hoping to kick start their fitness journeys is to “go for it!” Every one of his clients has been grateful they made the change as their quality of life becomes better, and he says once you hit that first goal you won’t look back.
Dave’s training style is focused on the individual needs of his client, including their strengths, weaknesses and goals. Dave specialises in not only strength and conditioning but also rehabilitation.
To keep busy outside of the gym, Dave enjoys Ninja Warrior, callisthenics, bouldering, comedy and acoustic guitar.
