Dan has always been active, with a love for running, soccer, ocean diving, and weight training. He finds personal training incredibly rewarding, especially seeing clients improve both physically and mentally. Helping people have a better today than yesterday is what Dan loves most about his job.
For anyone starting their fitness journey, Dan advises taking it slow and making exercise a part of your long-term routine. Focus on consistency rather than rushing, and you’ll see progress without injury.
Dan’s training style focuses on proper form. He believes that mastering the basics prevents injury and builds a strong foundation. He teaches each movement carefully, ensuring clients understand the “why” behind every exercise.
Outside of the gym, you can find Dan running, playing soccer, reading, playing the acoustic guitar, surfing or freediving.
