Growing up as a sporty kid, Courtney always valued exercise and staying active, and has been training in the gym since she was 15. She became a personal trainer to be the woman she needed years ago and to help empower women to become their best selves. What she loves most is seeing women thrive, making health and fitness a lifestyle rather than a quick fix.
To those starting their fitness journey, Courtney’s advice is to find a coach you connect with, get clear on your goals, and focus on how you want to feel, not just how you look.
Courtney’s training style centres around weight training, with a focus on proper form and the mind-muscle connection.
When not at the gym, you can find Courtney travelling, practicing yoga or enjoying beach days and coastal walks.
