Caleb’s fitness journey began as a teenager when injuries pushed him to get moving and build strength. Fitness became his way to recover and come back stronger than ever. As a personal trainer, Caleb loves helping people tackle everything from marathons to body image goals, injuries, and mental health. 

For those starting their fitness journey, his advice is simple: jump right in! While it might feel daunting, PTs like him are there to make it easier, so bring your interest and passion, and the rest will follow. 

Caleb’s training style is all about creating exercises and variations that suit each client’s preferences and goals. He makes sure clients understand the benefits, and once the work is done, he enjoys a bit of banter and keeping things fun. 

Outside of the gym, Caleb loves a bit of Jiu-Jitsu, swimming and surfing at the beach, or working on the book he is writing.

Leg extensions or rear delt cable fly.

Spaghetti or carbonara. I’m a big pasta guy!
