Rodrigo discovered his passion for health and fitness whilst studying Physical Education in Brazil. He was inspired to pursue a career in training as he loved helping people become happier as they incorporated exercise into their lifestyles.

Rodrigo says consistency is the key to success for those looking to kick-start their fitness journey.

Rodrigo likes to focus on mobility and functionality when training his clients in order to translate to activities beyond the workout and improve the body’s ability to work efficiently.

You can find Rodrigo at the beach searching for the perfect wave when not at the gym.
