Mira got into fitness in her early twenties, initially using the gym as a form of punishment and avoiding weights due to a fear of becoming bulky. However, her mindset shifted after she discovered strength training, and she started to prioritise performance and overall well-being rather than body composition. This transformation inspired Mira to become a personal trainer. She particularly loves helping women build physical strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.
