With a huge 2,000 square metres of training heaven, you’ve got room to move your own way. From free weights and machines to cardio equipment, you’re spoilt for choice with our full suite of equipment.

Level Three – The Classroom

For $16.69 per week our Level Three membership gets you access to the gym and The Studio, PLUS virtual classes in an exclusive area of the gym called The Classroom!

There are a wide variety of classes on offer from strength, restorative yoga, mat Pilates, cardio, mobility and more. The classes run 24/7 so you can find a time that best suits you. There’s no need to book, just show up at your chosen class and you’re ready to go.

Everything you need to complete your workout is provided for you, including dumbbells, mats, aerobic steps and resistance bands, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Classes run for up to 45 minutes with new workouts every day to help you take your fitness to the next level.

CLASSES

Strength/Conditioning

These strength development classes are designed to help you build muscle and increase strength with structured routines suitable for all experience levels.

HIIT/Conditioning

These High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and conditioning workouts are designed to push your limits with quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods to improve cardiovascular fitness.

Step/Conditioning

These functional training classes use the step and movements to build total body strength, speed, agility and cardio fitness.

Yoga

These classes will help you to feel energised while relaxing the mind and releasing tension in the body.

Pilates/Yoga

A mixture of yoga and Pilates classes with focused movements on the mat designed to improve posture and encourage better alignment.

Mobility/Stretch

These functional workouts cover three elements; mobility, stability and flexibility.
