“Structure. Clarity. Consistency!” 

Ollie got into fitness the same way a lot of people do: body conscious and curious about how training can change the way we look, feel and perform. That curiosity turned into a passion for understanding the human body and eventually into a coaching career. What Ollie loves most about being a gym owner and personal trainer is helping people gain clarity and confidence in their training, and seeing effort turn into real, long-term progress.

To those beginning their fitness journey, Ollie’s advice is simple: don’t chase perfect programs. He believe in good training, done consistently, with a clear purpose. Set realistic goals and focus on what you can maintain. The basics done well will always beat extremes and quick fixes.

Ollie’s training style is built on structure, clarity, and consistency. His role as a coach is to remove uncertainty, replace chaos with structure and help turn effort into measurable progress, not overwhelm you with noise, trends or unnecessary complexity. He focuses on simple systems, realistic expectations and sustainable habits that actually fit into real life.

Outside of the gym, Ollie enjoys a Sunday run, grabbing an iced long black, cooking the BBQ and anything footy-related as a die-hard Crows supporter.

It would have to be a big dog. Eat, sleep, rinse and repeat sounds pretty good to me. And the occasional cuddles!
