Dylan started attending a gym with a friend who took him under his wing and showed him the ropes. Dylan found that lifting weights and challenging himself in new ways made him feel great, and he has never looked back. As a trainer, Dylan loves to teach people the fundamentals of training and watching his clients grow in confidence as they start to see results.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Dylan suggests taking your time – there is no rush. He reminds us that it is so important to find what works for you and stay consistent. Dylan also suggests to set multiple smaller goals rather than the one ultimate end goal, that way you’ll celebrate multiple times along the journey rather than always waiting to achieve the final product.
Dylan’s training style is dependent on the individual and their goals. There is a big focus on technique and form to ensure your training tolerance is gradually increased so the body is allowed to recover.
When not training his clients, Dylan likes to enjoy a coffee, doughnuts, and the warm sun.
