“Just start!” 

Zoe first joined the gym when she was feeling insecure and lacking confidence. The gym helped her grow mentally and physically into a more confident version of herself, and now she’s on a mission to help others feel the same way. For Zoe, there’s nothing better than seeing someone transform their mindset and fall in love with the process of bettering themselves. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Zoe’s advice is simple: just start! No one’s watching – everyone’s on their own path. 

Zoe’s training style is uplifting and motivational, ensuring her clients stay disciplined every step of the way. 

Outside the gym, Zoe enjoys cooking, painting, travelling, reading and trying out new food spots.
