Jordan first got into fitness as a teenager, doing a mix of boxing and weightlifting. It became a routine he loved, and training has been a part of his lifestyle ever since. As a trainer, he enjoys helping other people feel supported in becoming the best version of themselves and watching them grow in confidence.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Jordan says to just start! Before becoming a trainer, Jordan spent years without knowledge of optimal muscle growth techniques, and over time his knowledge grew. He admits it may not be perfect, but just showing up and starting is where everyone begins.

Jordan’s training style is tailored for each client. He begins by analysing his client’s current lifestyle and tweaking it slightly, to create small but effective changes, and ultimately creating a sustainable approach that will allow for long-term consistency.

Outside of the gym, Jordan loves playing footy, hitting up the beach, and enjoying some Thai food.

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
Monkeys – they are smart enough to do anything a human can do but don’t need to wear shoes. Plus it’d be fun to swing around
