Jamie has been into fitness for as long as he can remember, starting with football as a kid and hitting the gym at 16 to prep for a holiday. What inspired him to become a PT was his natural ability to understand exercise mechanics and help friends get in shape. Jamie loves changing people’s lives and finds it incredibly rewarding when clients need a new wardrobe because they’ve hit their goals.
To those starting their fitness journey, Jamie’s advice is simple: “You only fail when you stop trying. Start and never give up!”
Jamie’s training style is tailored to building muscle and losing fat, with adjustments based on clients’ mobility, strength, and experience. He also trains athletes with sport-specific programs when needed.
Outside of the gym, you can find Jamie playing football, watching football or updating his fantasy football team.
